Around 60 customers, brokers and partners from the public and private sectors joined us to celebrate the completion of DC1&2, the first phase of our inventory development at Mountpark Wroclaw.

DC1&2 provides 67,850 sqm of high quality logistics space and since DC1 was let to GEODIS during construction, guests were given a guided tour of DC2, which offers 15,586 sqm for immediate occupation. Updating guests on progress across the park, Mountpark presented drone footage of the work underway at DC3&4, which will provide a further 67,850 sqm in early 2023.

“It was great to see so many guests at the celebration of DC1&2,” said Piotr Michalski, Managing Director, Central Europe at Mountpark. “We decided to develop a logistics park at Wroclaw to meet the demand for high quality national and regional distribution hubs in Lower Silesia and we are delighted that the park is attracting so much interest.”

Every facility at Mountpark Wroclaw has been designed to provide high specification, energy-efficient buildings in attractive surroundings that offer comfortable working conditions with plenty of amenities for staff wellbeing. Marking the company’s commitment to the natural environment at its developments, Mountpark concluded the DC1&2 event with a joint tree-planting ceremony.
